All the tour packages on this website operate on a pre-payment basis. We would require full prepayment only 15 days before departure for all services by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by the client. NON REFUNDABLE deposit of 100 USD upon service confirmation
Cancellations will be charged as follows:
+ 15 days before arrival: No cancellation charge. We Guarantee 100% Money Back.
+ 10-14 days before arrival: 30% cancellation charge.
+ 05-09 days before arrival: 50%
+ 05 days before arrival: 100%
+ No show: 100%

Refund of Unused Services

Non refundable deposit and banking service fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases

Mekonghalongbaycruise.com – Managed by Holiday Indochina Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance.
Airline schedules and local conditions may affect your departure time. Please make sure you can reach port No Later than 12h30 for checking in. In case you arrive in the ports later than 12h30, we will use tender to reach the mother boat and surcharge will be covered by client’s account.
